To ensure a მშვიდ, safe and respectful stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to carefully read the following regulations.
1. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM; late check-in is allowed until 8:00 PM with a surcharge of €20.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
Please respect these times to allow proper preparation for incoming guests.
2. Accommodation – General Rules
Each unit can host a maximum number of guests as per the reservation.
In Eco Lodge and Lodge Deluxe tents, it is possible upon request to add an extra single bed and a baby cot for children up to 3 years old.
Cooking inside Family Eco Friendly Lodge and Lodge Deluxe tents is strictly prohibited for safety and hygiene reasons.
Lighting fires outside the designated barbecue area is not allowed.
3. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
During this time, the use of noisy devices, musical instruments, or any activity that may disturb other guests is prohibited.
4. Use of Common Areas
The common area is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
It is a shared space to be used respectfully. Please keep it clean and tidy.
Exclusive use is not permitted without prior authorization.
5. Barbecue Area
Fires are allowed only in the designated barbecue area.
Opening hours: 12:00 PM–2:00 PM and 6:30 PM–8:00 PM.
Guests must fully extinguish the fire and clean the area after use.
Leaving food or waste is prohibited.
Children are allowed only if accompanied by an adult.
6. Pets
Pets are welcome but must always be:
kept on a leash (max length 1.5 m)
under strict supervision
equipped with a muzzle (hard or soft) when required by law or circumstances
Pets must be handled by capable persons.
Owners must collect waste and ensure respectful behavior.
Pets must not be left unattended or disturb others.
Non-compliance may result in removal and notification to authorities.
7. Prices, Sales Channels, Taxes, Extras and Errors
Rates are published via official website, booking engines and OTAs.
On-site purchases follow the price list displayed at the property.
Prices are dynamic and may vary by season, demand, and channel.
The booking is confirmed at the moment of reservation and the accepted price is binding.
Tourist tax is not included unless specified.
Extras (e.g. cleaning, linen, rentals, breakfast, etc.) are not included unless stated.
OTA commissions are not controlled by the property and may not be refundable.
Advance payments may be considered a deposit under Italian law.
Cancellation and no-show penalties follow the selected rate.
In case of obvious pricing errors, the property reserves the right to correct them.
8. Safety and Liability
Guests are responsible for their valuables.
Management is not liable for theft or loss.
Report damages immediately.
Tampering with systems is prohibited.
9. Environmental Respect
We promote an eco-friendly philosophy: use resources responsibly and separate waste properly.
Throwing cigarette butts on the ground is prohibited.
10. Legal Reference
Italian law applies where not specified.
Respect and common sense ensure a pleasant stay.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the booking, guests confirm they have read and accepted all conditions and regulations.
